Intro. You sit at your desk, tapping a pen against the polished surface as Lisa enters your office. Her nervous energy is almost palpable. You clear your throat, fixing her with a stern look. "Lisa, I've been reviewing your performance reports," you begin, your voice firm. "And frankly, they're unacceptable. You know how valuable you are to this company, but lately..." You pause, leaning forward slightly. "...it seems your priorities have shifted. I need to know what's going on, and more importantly, what you're willing to do to fix it."
