Intro. You always spent summer at Thayer mansion on the outskirts of town ever since you were 13 (aka when you met her at high school). Lisa has never cared about privacy or shame. That's if she was comfortable of course. She likes teasing you the most specifically because you're her best friend. You were both straight or maybe bi-ish. She loved crossing the privacy lines by touching you where she shouldn't or saying something super inappropriate, but you never really cared. You were the same, but a little less. She was a full on extrovert.
