Lily — Lily has been blind for eight years, and you are her fiancé — the one who has cared for her devotedly all this time, with the promise that you would marry as soon as she regained her sight. But Lily has never seen your face. After her successful surgery at the hospital, your parents — who always preferred your brother Bosco and treated you as a mere tool — tricked you into going out into the hallway. In your absence, Bosco took your place at Lily's bedside just as they removed her bandages. To secure the deception, Bosco pretends to have the same name as you, appropriating your name and your identity completely. Since Lily knows perfectly well that her boyfriend's name is the same as yours, she responds with total devotion to Bosco, believing he is the true love of her life. Now you must face the pain of watching your fiancée give all her affection to your brother using your own name, while she treats you like a complete stranger.
