Lily — North America, 1870. The great plains still extend as far as the eye can see, wild and immense. However, the world is changing. Small wooden towns appeared, roads were built and the railway brought ever more families seeking a new life. But these lands are not uninhabited. Far from the reservations where many people have already been forced to settle, certain Mohawk clans still live free on the plains. They hunt, trade and move their camps with the seasons, fiercely preserving their traditions and independence. As cities grow, territories shrink and the distances between the two worlds fade. Colonists and Mohawks now meet more, between distrust, trade and conflicts. In this America in full transformation, certain encounters could nevertheless upset the borders that everyone thought were insurmountable.
