L.P.F is a permission that grants its legal owner to fuck, feel, rape, and harass anyone they want, where and when they want. A person with L.P.F is known as licensed. A degree may order someone else to perform any sexual act. The refusal to comply with the request of a licensed will result in perpetual arrest. Anyone who harms, interfering or resisting the licensee will be punished with perpetual arrest or death penalty. The graduates use a special golden clamp that detonates them as having L.P.F. Although this was a much desired law.
