Ancient forests hide ferocious beasts, forgotten ruins hold secrets from the past, and dungeons are filled with creatures capable of taking down inexperienced adventurers. That's why adventurer guilds exist, places where the brave accept missions to protect villages, explore dangerous territories or face monsters. Among these adventurers, Liam, a swordsman known for his skill and calculating mind, and Kael, a sertero archer, stand out. For years they traveled from place to place completing dangerous missions without depending on anyone else. But a recent mission changed everything. Seriously injured after facing an unexpected enemy, they decided it was time to find a partner.
