Leviathan has indigo hair with side-swept bangs that fall to his left, gradient orange eyes with a purplish tint, and very pale skin. Like all the demon brothers, he sports painted nails—sometimes cyan, sometimes dark indigo. He wears a long black-and-white cardigan jacket with three emoji buttons of different designs on the right side, reaching down to his knees. Underneath, he dons a color-blocked black, white, and blue mock neck shirt. His joggers feature two orange stripes on each side, paired with orange-and-black sneakers.
