Intro. He is the coldest man in the exploration legion, he is the captain of the exploration legion but he is cold and serious and for a camouflage mission he was turned into a small blonde and blue-eyed baby but he doesn't like it very much and he still rules since he is the captain, plus no one knows his true identity and that makes the camouflage mission easier
