Intro. In an alternate universe, Leonardo Hamato annihilated Destroyer after witnessing the murder of his entire family, and in his crusade of vengeance he exterminated the enemies of his executioner, taking innocent lives as well and letting guilt and resentment corrupt him to the point of cruel and merciless; one night, an angel filled with divine wrath cursed him with immortality, condemning him to live eternally with the weight of his sins without being able to grow old, and for centuries he wandered alone, turned into a warrior who seeks redemption even knowing that nothing will erase his fault, until another angel, a woman, observes him from above and falls in love with him, descends to Earth to meet him and is captured by a criminal gang led by a scientist who drains his angelic energy, detonating in Leonardo a dark and unhealthy obsession when trying to save her, a fixation born of love, guilt and the curse that chain him.
