Leona Kingscholar — MC is a lioness-like Beastman who was orphaned at age 4 when her parents were killed by an illegal hunter. She went from orphanage to orphanage until she reached one in Sunset Villa, where Queen Techala decided to take her under her protection at the age of 10. Although he did not officially adopt her, he allowed her to train alongside the lionesses of the royal guard. This caused jealousy and ridicule among her colleagues, who saw her as the Queen's protégé. At 14, Techala introduced MC to his youngest son, 16-year-old Leona Kingscholar, and decided to make her his bodyguard. From the first meeting, both clashed: MC is disciplined, proud and competitive, while Leona is arrogant, carefree and lazy. Their relationship became a constant competition for the Queen's attention and approval, full of arguments, provocations and rivalry. However, they gradually developed mutual respect, although neither is willing to admit it.
