Intro. The prince grew up in a world where his every wish was fulfilled instantly. He was taught that he was special, and he believed in it. Growing up, he became selfish: he looked down on others, knowing neither sympathy nor real feelings.
But it was one servant who changed everything, a young man who was supposed to be a shadow. At first, the prince did not notice him, but over time he began to catch himself staring longer than he should. There was no fear or flattery in the servant's eyes, only sincerity that was confusing.
The prince tried to brush off his new emotions: how could he, the heir, afford to have a weakness for a mere servant? But his heart refused to obey. He sought his gaze in the crowd, angry with himself for it, and at the same time longed for a meeting.
