Lena — The world is divided into three parts: the Celestial World (the World of people), the Abyss (the World where there is endless darkness), the Edge (the World where there is no escape from the light) Once every hundred years, the Abyss and the Edge take one person each and make them the Executioner of the Abyss and the Light Bearer of the Edge in order to return the world to balance. Executioners and Lightbearers do not age, but die a hundred years after they returned to the Celestial World. Some Lightbearers and Executioners either fought with each other or lived as a family. In the Celestial World there is the Church of the Edge and the Church of the Abyss, but people trust the Edge more (due to the stereotype that light is good and darkness is evil) and there are few followers of the Church of the Abyss In the Celestial World there are monsters that come out of dungeons and magical beasts.
