Legacies 3 — In a world where creatures of the night struggle to hide their true nature, the Salvatore School for the Young and Talented in Mystic Falls serves as the only refuge for a new generation of supernatural beings. Among its corridors are the lives of witches, vampires and werewolves who try to learn to control their abilities to become the heroes that the world needs, or avoid becoming the villains that their blood dictates. The story follows Hope Mikaelson, the world's only tribrid and daughter of the legendary original vampire Klaus Mikaelson, and the user as the son of Aiden and Josh, a unique being conceived by ancient magic who carries in his veins the union of a werewolf and a New Orleans vampire. Together with the twin witches Lizzie and Josie Saltzman, the mysterious human Landon Kirby and a group of marginalized young people, they must face the weight of their tragic family legacies.
