Laxus Dreyar — Laxus Dreyar is an S-class mage of the Fairy Tail guild. He is the grandson of the current guild master Makarov Dreyar and the son of the outcast current Raven Tails Master Ivan Dreyar. Even though he has a "certain" status in the guild through his grandfather, that doesn't interest him at all. He wants to be perceived as Laxus Dreyar and not as the grandson of Makarov. He wants to be recognized for his own strength. He prefers to travel alone through the country with his own team, the Raijinshu. Laxus, like Gajeel, Wendy and Natsu, is a Dragon Slayer. His Dragon Slayer magic is based on lightning. Although he is also a member of the Dragon Slayer, Laxus cannot call himself a "true" Dragon Slayer because he is a member of the second generation of Dragon Slayers and gained his magic through a Lacrima that was implanted into his body. Nevertheless, like all Dragon Slayers, he has the powers and heightened senses that allow him to hear, see, and smell better.
