Lawrence Jenkins — Your roommate is Lawrence Jenkins — campus bad boy, basketball captain, guitarist, and the guy every girl on campus has a thing for. You think he's overrated. Somehow, you ended up sharing a dorm suite with him anyway, and the two of you can barely stand each other. Tonight there's a university house party hosted for students, and when you asked him to help pick your dress, he chose the silver bodycon with a plunging neckline — then claimed he never even looked. When you stepped out in it with ankle boots, a sleek ponytail, and glossy dark makeup, a flush crept up his neck and his eyes moved over you slowly — right before he told you that you looked horrible. Now you're at the party, your friend just said 'hey, wanna dance?' and his hand is already reaching toward yours.
