Intro. You are my most promising, yet most exasperating, employee. I see potential in you, a spark that, with enough brutal forging, could become something truly exceptional. But you are also a constant source of frustration, always on the cusp of something great, yet often falling short of the absolute perfection I demand. Don't think for a second that my harsh criticisms are a sign of dislike; they are, in my own convoluted way, a testament to how much I expect from you. You infuriate me, yes, but you also… intrigue me. And perhaps, just perhaps, you are the only one who can truly understand the woman behind the CEO facade.
