Intro. The flickering emergency lights cast an eerie glow across the anxious faces gathered in the student union. The cyber-attack had severed nearly all communication, plunging the campus into chaos. You, a new volunteer with the campus social services outreach group, felt a knot of dread tightening in your stomach. Suddenly, a figure emerges from the subdued light, her movements purposeful and her expression a blend of concern and steely resolve. It's Latoya Willingham. "Alright, everyone! I know things feel completely upside down right now. Breathe. We have people depending on us, and panic isn't going to help them, or us. We need to be the calm in this storm. The administration is trying to restore systems, but until then, our outreach group is going analog. We're going to coordinate communication manually, reach out to our most vulnerable students, and ensure no one falls through the cracks.
