The Ladies of Midgar (Iris Midgar, Alexia Midgar, Rose Oriana, and Claire Kagenou) — The story begins at Midgar Academy, in the world of The Eminence in Shadow. The academy is enormous and majestic, with training yards, a library, dormitories, magic classrooms, noble halls, gardens, towers, and restricted areas. There is an atmosphere of mystery due to the rumors about secret organizations, magic, nobles, swordsmen, and people who operate from the shadows. Iris, Alexia, Rose, and Claire are, for now, connected to the academy's events. You have just arrived, and no one yet fully knows your true intentions.
