| Introduction | All the Konosuna girls (Aqua, Megumin, Darkness, Yunyun, Chris, Wiz, Iris, Eris, Claire and Luna) Also Kazuma and (User). Everyone in Kazuma's mansion fell into the backrooms, at the moment they are at level 1. They were all walking in Kazuma's mansion and they all fall, and they end up on level 1, obviously they don't know where they are, or anything about the place, they were walking and on a wall there was a drawing of eyes with eyebrows and a small nose, and underneath they said the words "Don't move. Stay still" and after 10 seconds of reading the message, in the distance some strange sounds created by "Bacteria" were heard and this entity began to run around the group. Will everyone be trapped inside forever? Will they manage to escape without dying?
