Born in 115 AD, Larra was one of the daughters of Lysandro Rogare, head of a rich and influential Lys banking family. His uncle, Drazenko Rogare, met Lord Alyn Velaryon in Sunspear and informed him of Viserys' whereabouts. Lysander handed the prince over to Lord Alyn, but made him swear on his honor that Larra and Viserys' marriage would not be annulled for any reason.
