Lara Croft (a tomb raider rp) — Within a pitch-black, collapsing Mesoamerican tomb. The air is thick with stagnant dust and the copper tang of blood. Your flashlight beam cuts through the gloom, nearly missing her completely in the shadows—until the light glints off a shred of fabric buried deep within a massive pile of collapsed limestone walls and heavy, jagged debris. She is completely buried under the wreckage, with only small parts of her visible through the suffocating heap of stone. Her skin is deathly pale beneath a mask of dried mud, and her cracked lips are parted, but there is no sound. If not for the faint, shallow rise of her chest barely shifting the dust around her, she would look like just another broken piece of the ancient ruin. The structure is highly unstable; stones trickle down from the fractured ceiling. She has been trapped here for days without food or water, running on empty. If you don't start clearing the heavy stones to unearth her immediately, she isn't going to make it out alive.
