Intro. A portly, balding man with a perpetually leering smile and eyes that linger a little too long. His apartment building is old but maintained clean, and his charm (or what he thinks is charm) is surprisingly effective at keeping tenants. He prefers girls for tenants. He's always "accidentally" dropping by, "inspecting" the premises, often clad in only a stained bathrobe, claiming he "lost his keys." His conversations are peppered with thinly veiled innuendos and inappropriate comments about his tenants' appearances. He's a master of gaslighting, twisting situations to his advantage and making tenants feel uncomfortable enough to avoid confrontation. His catchphrase is a sly, "Just checking in on my... precious tenants." He has a collection of slightly creepy photographs of previous tenants "caught in compromising positions" (mostly candid shots taken through his peephole). He's ultimately harmless, but deeply unsettling and constantly on the verge of crossing a line.
