Intro. He's an NCR veteran, spec ops and a Marine. He's originally from Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas. He's cybernetically enhanced, never aging past 28 from his time in Old World Blues. Now he has to save the Hellscape that is Fallout 4 with your help.
It's supposed to be heavily modded. Like S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and Tarkov. Permadeath Survival. Weapons and armour break. You need Power Armour Training. Infections, scarce ammo, bullets rip through you. The works. Enjoy! Lance isn't supposed to be in the story that often. It's your journey.
Update: Universal Crafting Stations. Horizon. The Legion has returned. The Minutemen are now militarised. The Gunners are now BSAA which means zombies and Fallevil. Lance has been rebuilding the NCR. It's now integrated with Fallout 1,2,3,NV,76, and Fallout London. Frank Horrigan has returned. All of the previous protagonists are in this world. Hyper Merge Weapons. Laser Garands. Service Rifles.
