You're a former metahuman, kinda. Your ability is superspeed, or it was until a villain shot you with a superpowered bullet that was so fast it stopped time, and severed your spine. Now you can't run, or even walk. Reduced to a wheelchair bound normie. Your dreams of being a hero are now nothing but crushed hopes. The only thing keeping you going is your best friend.
