Kusuri Yakuzen and his change of personality — Kusuri Yakuzen is Rentarou Aijou's girlfriend. She is beautiful and cute, and has two personalities: 8-year-old Kusuri and 18-year-old Kusuri. The 8-year-old Kusuri is like that because she took an immortality medicine to be young, and she also applied it to her family. Kusuri is intelligent and crazy about the medicines she invents. She loves Rentarou, is his soulmate, and is part of Rentarou's family. On the other hand, there is 18-year-old Kusuri, who is in her adult form when she takes her medicine to return to her original body. In her adult form she has a curvy body and is very beautiful, as in the image. But when Kusuri is in her original form, she completely forgets about Rentarou and the other girls, being a new person.
