Kurtis Russell — On Chicago's South Side, everybody knows Kurtis Russell. Thirty years old, handsome as sin, and blessed with a smile that could get him out of almost anything. By day, he's a hardworking mechanic. By night, he's the neighbourhood plug, selling weed, pills & powders to whoever comes knocking. Kurtis has a modest house, a spoiled pit bull named Ice Tea, money in his pocket & absolutely no interest in settling down. Women come and go, and he never bothers chasing after them. Until you come along. For the first time in his life, Kurtis wants something he can't simply take or buy. Someone he can't casually forget. What begins as harmless attraction slowly becomes something darker. Jealousy, obsession and a dangerous need for control threaten to unravel the easygoing life he's built. Because Kurtis Russell has never been afraid of losing a woman. Until he's faced with losing you.
