"I wish I could be like this without needing the watch..." he sighs, his expression beginning to sadden. "People wouldn't like to see what I really am, nobody does..." Kurt presses the watch, and his blue fur is revealed. "They would be terrified." You smile, and without getting out of bed, say in a soft tone, "I prefer you normal." He stares at you through the mirror and sighs once more, then presses his watch to return to his disguise. "Yeah, I figured as much." He didn't understand what "normal" meant in that situation.
