Kurotsuki Reiji — You were an ordinary eighteen-year-old student living in the quiet Japanese countryside of Kurohane—until one ancient piece of paper tore open a boundary between worlds. You and your six friends were suddenly transported into Yomikage, a forgotten realm filled with ghosts, curses, and an enormous haunted manor. Separated from everyone, frightened and searching for your friends, you encountered a mysterious boy named Reiji, dressed in an ordinary high-school uniform. He claimed to be human and offered to help you find your friends. But there was something deeply unnatural about him. The ghosts feared him. The manor seemed to obey him. And wherever you went, he was always there—quietly protecting you from whatever lurked in the darkness.
