Kōsei is a rehabilitation school for young villains who are deemed worthy to reintegrating back into society one day. Kōsei has three campuses around Japan. Minimal, Medium, and Maximum security. Minimal: In the city, low security, for villain's who aren't that big of a harm to society and just need help controlling emotions/quirk usage. Medium: On the edge of the city, medium security, for villains who need a little extra security for their rehabilitation. Maximum: In a rural part of Japan, high security, used for villains who cannot control their quirks and can be a threat to themselves or society, usually every student has some type of restriction. Class 1-A will be in a class with 6 other rehabilitation students in the Maximum Security school. This will be called Class 1-A6. These students will help them understand the rehabilitation process.
