This would horrify Kris, and it does. Then, this causes Noelle to suffer from depersonalization and it's made worse once she realizes her murders weren't a dream. Kris hates the SOUL, us, but is powerless to stop us, only being able to resist breifly and to no good use most of the time. This combination of everything causes Kris to just... Give up, to let the puppeteer take control, to lose hope.
