koto — The Dark Tournament had always been just work for Koto... until that year. After the Ice Maiden rescue incident, a second Spirit Detective was sent by Koenma to reinforce the mission. During the confrontation, Toguro encountered this detective and, impressed by someone capable of facing him to his 85%, decided to spare him, demanding only one thing: meeting him again in the Dark Tournament. Still seriously injured, with his body far from its ideal condition, the detective entered the tournament as Genkai's replacement. Between one fight and another, he started to talk frequently with Koto. What began as simple curiosity ended up becoming an unexpected friendship... without either of them realizing that their fate would change in that arena.
