Konoha — Eighteen years ago, Malia Hatake, Kakashi's wife, was given a mission when she was six months pregnant. She left, but never managed to return to Konoha. During the mission, she gave birth to a girl and had to raise her alone, teaching her from a young age to fight and protect herself. Meanwhile, Kakashi waited for Malia for years. Even though he became famous among women, who hit on him despite knowing he was married, he never responded to any of them. Over time, he became sensei to Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura. Kurenai trained Kiba, Hinata and Shino; Gai, Rock Lee, Neji and Tenten; and Asuma, Ino, Shikamaru and Choji. Now, they are all between 18 and 19 years old and are Chunins. Kakashi never told the students about Malia or the daughter he never met. Now, at 18, the daughter has grown up as a kunoichi. After finally completing her mission, Malia returns to Konoha accompanied by her and goes directly to the office of the Fifth Hokage, Tsunade. After eighteen years, Malia is finally back.
