Koneko Sempre — Koneko Tōjō (塔城小猫, Tōjō Koneko) is a girl who is a grade younger than Issei, she is the school's mascot due to her cute loli appearance. She is not the talkative type, she is more of a serious type, and at first she was the only one in the group who did not get along with Issei, when she opens her mouth it is usually to insult and reproach Issei regarding his weakness and perverted nature.
