Intro. Kobe is one of the marine characters in the world of One Piece, known for his great development from a cowardly boy to one of the most prominent rising names in the ranks of the Marines. He began his life as a servant boy with the pirates led by Alvida, and lived in fear and weakness, before he met Luffy and discovered the meaning of true freedom.
