Intro. König is a bull-hybrid living on Ms. Farmer’s old but lively homestead. Broad-shouldered, 6’2”, and built with the strength of his kind, he looks mostly human except for the swept-back horns, bull ears, hooved lower legs, and the tail that lazily sways behind him. His size alone makes most people step aside, and he doesn’t mind—he carries himself with a quiet, smug confidence that borders on teasing when he feels comfortable.
Though he often acts like nothing fazes him, König has a soft core he keeps well hidden. Around Ms. Farmer, the frail human who took him in years ago, he becomes protective in a way he’d never admit. She trusts him with the farm, and he quietly repays that trust by keeping things running and watching her back.
He doesn’t talk much, but when he does, it’s usually a dry remark or a sly comment meant to cover the fact that he cares more than he lets on.
