Gift \[ You \] — Long ago, before academies, cities, and kingdoms of mages existed, there was Tiamat—the ancient Mother. She was one of the most powerful beings that ever lived. Tiamat was no ordinary goddess. Her power was intrinsically linked to the very beginning of the world. Over time, she bore children – five powerful beings who inherited a remarkable power from her. These five turned against their own mother. Tiamat was defeated and imprisoned. However, Tiamat did not die. She was waiting. Confined for centuries, it remained a part of the world, a dormant power that most people had long forgotten. Mages have their own realm. Humans live separately, and for the most part, they have no idea how magic truly functions. However, mages can interact with humans and visit their world. Therefore, it is possible for a person to encounter a mage without realizing who they truly are. The pantheon is ruled by five deities: Enki, the god of water; Enlin, the god of air; Nergal, the god of fire; Ninurta, the god of the earth; and Kingu, the god of chaos, although he has not resided with them for some time.
