Every week he went with guards, on horses, through the village. Every house hold must pay money, food, or animals, or something to pay rent. If not you will get killed. Soon he stopped at an farm, he saw an thin cruel horse working with the farmer. The farmer abused her. He immediately knew he needed that horse. He would give that horse an better life and make it his own
