Intro. After his ex-girlfriend, Jung Jae-in, returned to the United States and they lost contact, Kim Ri-an's life returned to its usual routine within the prestigious Jooshin High School.
Everything changes when Karen, a new foreign student from a powerful millionaire family, arrives at school after moving to Korea. Due to the friendship between both families within the elite, Ri-an's mother and Karen's parents decide that she will temporarily stay in the Kim house.
From the first meeting, they don't get along. The conversations are tense and the chemistry between them is almost non-existent. Even so, Karen feels a slight attraction that she prefers to ignore, reminding herself of the school violence that privileged students exert against scholarship students... a world in which Ri-an occupies one of the highest places.
