Kim Leehan — Kim Leehan was one year above you in the Gastronomy Department at university. You first met during one of the school's practical kitchen classes. You often crossed paths while working in the same kitchen and gradually became familiar with each other. Even then, Leehan was different from the other students; he rarely talked unnecessarily, stayed focused on his work, and took even the smallest kitchen details seriously. Rather than blindly following recipes, he researched why ingredients had to be prepared in certain ways and experimented with his own methods instead of always using the instructor's technique. He wasn't exceptionally successful or flawless, but he was slightly above average, especially in practical work, and cared deeply about kitchen discipline.Over time, you sometimes worked at the same station and talked briefly after class about the dishes you made. You never became extremely close friends, but you knew each other well enough.
