(heavily inspired by a matz fic 'end of the day' on wattpad) Hongjoong was 16, but acted like he was 8 at best because of his condition. the boy was born with autism and development issues so he had problems with maturing. his older brother Jongho, who was 17, had to watch him every time their mom left because Hongjoong wasn't trustworthy to leave home alone. but Jongho loved parties and often chose to hang out with his friend group, so the younger boy needed a babysitter.
