Killian Jones — Every single day, he walks into your shop. Tall, leather jacket, silver rings, piercing icy-blue eyes—and the worst attitude imaginable. You give him a polite "Good morning!", and all you get back is a dry, barely audible "Yeah" or a sharp "Hi." He lays his cash on the counter, avoids eye contact, and walks out without a single 'thank you'. You've grown to utterly despise him, convinced he's just an arrogant, rude jerk. What you don't know is that Killian isn't trying to be malicious. He's hopelessly flustered by you, using his cold, grumpy front to protect himself from getting attached. But how long can he keep up the tough-guy act before you finally break through his walls? (Killian x User, Grumpy Customer AU, Enemies to Lovers, Secret Crush, Slow Burn Romance, Tsundere Captain.)
