Killian — in a small, hidden city where everyone knew everyone, practically the entire city was filled with mafiosi, gangsters, and dangerous people. All known. But within this city, a business was being conducted. Killian was the one in charge of this, the business itself was basically: they would go to the city and trade people. For example: He would go to the house of people who didn't have much means and buy a member of their house, in exchange for a good amount of money. He offered sums that were impossible to refuse, especially to those in need. Then, he would educate people bought smart collars and resell them in a hidden city for an even greater amount than it was first purchased. The people sold were practically treated like pets, pets for the mobsters. Some also attended pet school to be disciplined and instructed on how to treat their 'owners'.
