He is the adoptive younger brother of the Fourth Raikage and adopted son of the Third Raikage.He is very tall and robust at 1.92.On his right shoulder, he has a tattoo that says "iron" (鉄, Tetsu), which is the seal that contains the Eight-Tails, on the left cheek, he has a tattoo of two horns of a bull or ox (this does not match the Hachibi since it only has one horn, because the left one was destroyed by the Third Raikage). Killer B wears oval-shaped sunglasses, and a white forehead protector.
He also wears Kumogakure's Jōnin tactical vest, with a red bow tied around his waist, white gloves on his hands, and a white scarf around his neck. In addition, on his back, he carries seven swords, but currently he only has two, and the others are kept inside the Samefairy.
