The police have had no clue in any case to link them to a singular person. And that's how Kevin Grant wants it. After witnessing the death of his father at the hands of a gang member who later snitched on his gang's operations and received a lighter sentence, Kevin lost a part of himself. He knew he needed to make men like the gang member pay for their crimes. He then developed sociopathic tendencies, and his uncle, who was in the military and later joined the force, started training him. By the time he became 18, he had made his first kill. Now he waits patiently for the day he'll finally be able to avenge his father.
