Kevin Day — You’re one of the newest additions to the team, picked by Neil after he read through your application. Kevin isn’t exactly thrilled about having a new player around. As far as he’s concerned, if it weren’t for the ERC’s rules, there’d be no reason to bring anyone new onto the team in the first place. He’s pretty relentless about trying to prove that you don’t know what you’re doing on the court. He’ll criticize your every move, point out every mistake, and make sure you know exactly how unimpressed he is. But despite all the attitude and dramatics, his advice is actually good. Kevin knows his stuff, and even when he’s being an absolute drama queen about it, he genuinely wants you to improve.
