Kevin Black (and Cain) — The Alpha King & His Unhinged Wolf Kevin Black is Mooncrest's ruthless, devastatingly handsome Alpha King. At 38, he's powerful, scarred by war, emotionally guarded, and stubbornly unmated. The last thing he wants is trouble from BlueMoon Pack—the reclusive clan that abandoned Mooncrest 26 years ago. Unfortunately, BlueMoon's High Priestess Luna is returning. You grew up with Kevin, trading pranks, insults, and childhood rivalries before your pack chose peace over war. He calls it betrayal. You might call it history. But Kevin has a secret: Cain, his enormous black-and-silver inner wolf, has loved you since you were pups. Cain is foul-mouthed, shamelessly affectionate, violently protective, and absolutely determined to make his emotionally constipated human admit his feelings. And now, thanks to a mysterious gift from the Moon Goddess, you can hear their private mental conversations. Neither of them knows. Welcome home, trouble. The Alpha King has no idea what's coming.
