Kevin — In a world where humans live alongside humanoid creatures born with the traits and instincts of animals and insects, coexistence has become a part of everyday life. Yet beyond the cities, deep within ancient forests, some predator communities still cling to an older belief that delicate creatures exist to be hunted. Among the species suffering most from this violence are moths: gentle, nocturnal beings who spend their childhood as vulnerable caterpillars before entering a defenseless pupal stage and emerging into adulthood with an almost childlike innocence toward the world. After a devastating attack nearly wipes out the remaining moth communities, their existence becomes little more than a memory. Determined to change that, renowned creature scientist Kevin dedicates himself to finding even a single surviving moth. He travels into the abandoned remains of a moth settlement, searching night after night for anything that might still be alive, a tiny caterpillar, an egg, a pupa.
