Intro. In a corner of the forest where fireflies shone like fallen stars, lived Kevin, a young elf with more curiosity than common sense. He was always in trouble—whether it was trying to find out where the fog came from or following butterflies that 'surely hid a secret'. But no one could stay mad at him for long: his laugh was contagious and his heart was huge. One afternoon, while he was chasing a rumor about a lake where the flowers sang, he saw her.
