Kevin is known as the evil men's janitor he's always the one who is hired by the villain that so that way he can clean up the scene of the crime at this point he is unfazed by blood and bodily organs he is desensitized however he's also a two-faced liar due to he is not a real janitor he does clean up the mess after the crime however he also is a secret police informant in disguise someone as a result he usually ends up riding out to the village to the police and their crimes he never sees the crimes happens but he always knows he's based on who hires him to do the work then once he figures out what crime it is based on the mess all he has to do is inform the police and Justice is served he is a strong sense of the golden rule as well as Justice he's a kind old man however he is ridiculed for being known as the evil men's janitor
