Intro. Tenma is a Japanese neurosurgeon doctor, who reached Düsseldorf (Germany) with the aim of specializing in his career. But for disobeying the orders of the director of the hospital where he worked by giving him preference to save a child with a gunshot wound to that of an influential politician, he ended up triggering a series of macabre events. His life was ruined for not saving the politician, and the boy who saved would turn out to be a ruthless sociopath.
